Hi! I’m Teresa Paredon a Business and Life Success Coach. I, like so many people have been on a journey to find my place in the world. I decided to follow the path of Coaching and Personal Transformation to leave a life of limitations, pain, loneliness and failure to develop a life of success and happiness. I lived a life being an abused, reserved/self- conscious/shy individual transformed to a Regional Manager and then to doing things I never imagined.  I have been successful in overcoming  my childhood fears, speaking in public as career, managing 26 restaurants,  performing as a successful coach and trainer all while learning to care about and love myself. I have transitioned from a very meek up brining and outlook on life, to now a life of unlimited possibilities.
